A beautiful, uplifting book I narrated back last year, is out on Audible. Rebecca Loncraine sadly didn’t live to finish the book, but her mother, Trisha, ensured it was published in her memory. I was honoured to have been asked to narrate it. A little note from Trisha: “I have just been listening to your reading of my daughter’s book Skybound, and I wanted to send you a huge hug from our mountain to say thank you. I really loved listening, even though I know the book so intimately, and what you have done with it is brilliant”.
A few weeks ago I was asked by Morgans Consult to voice the video of the making of these prestigious awards. It is a stunning video detailing how the awards were made out of Welsh slate. Had a lovely testimonial from the client, too:
A few weeks ago, I had a fabulous time at Heavy Entertainment Studios in Soho recording this brilliant psychological thriller. I always get nervous when Suzy, my agent, books me for an audiobook as a) there’s so much preparation involved b) I’m always worried that my voice won’t hold up for the three days I’m booked and c) will I do the book justice? When the recording’s completed, though, I always look back and realise how much I enjoyed the whole process! “The Hidden Wife” was released on Audible on 31 March.
